I don’t know if emails should be private or not, but as I wrote it, I feel that I have every right to post it. Anyway, what do you think about my suggestion for catapult?
Got your message on Facebook and I just want to say how much I enjoyed celebrating National Record Store day with you guys. Netsky was brilliant and I’m glad I hung around for a bit to get my copy of Eyes Closed signed by the man himself. Me and my mates loved the atmosphere on the day! I think the shop is great, probably my favourite shop in the whole of Cardiff and I hope that you continue to grow from strength to strength.
By the way, I have a suggestions and a question for you guys. First off.. When can we expect the Podcast to be released? Me and friends have been excpecting but to no avail so far. Secondly, a suggestion. I think you should run more instore sets, not necassarily from big names, but you could maybe allow locals to book slots in advance (DnB or Dubstep) to play for 45 minute slots at certain times of the day. Also, to mix it up, maybe get some of the Neuropol + Aperture crew in. — It’s just an idea.
So yeah, love the shop. Love the vinyls. And I hope you continue to stock the latest Dubstep and DnB (and even more of the classics).
All the best,
Tom.

You may or may not have noticed. Actually, no. You have most definately noticed that my site’s re-design and truthfully re-brand is now partially live (being online, for you to see). The layout has been expanded (hopefully) so now it dynamically fills 70% of your screen. Also, it’s much brighter, more colourful and hopefully in the coming days, will be more user friendly. So anyway, comments are appreciated and yeah, enjoy.

My personal blog has been a success in my eyes. I am using it all the time now and I haven’t yet deleted all of my content (unlike previous blogs I have had). At the moment my blog is home to my blog posts, poems and some other static content that isn’t really that important (but good to read). I’m going to be changing my blog in the coming weeks / over a period of time to start catering for my artist needs (vSquared / VinylVirgin). I will begin hosting not only my personal blog but also my artist website, information, etc, right here. So yeah, BE READY for these changes. Hopefully my blog will remain easy to use after all of these changes!

Saw Netsky in Catapult records, bought two records; funtcase – so vexed and netsky – eyes closed, got eyes closed signed by Netsky, got a free signed poster by high contrast, got another catapult poster. Good day.
By the way. I’m planning a big site / blog revamp for TomSpit.com, I am turning it into not only my personal blog but also artist information, etc. So in the words of Stevenrock137.. BE READY.
Also, big up to Jon for giving me the posters. Such a nice bloke.

Look at the pricing and you’ll see what I mean; http://www.discogs.com/sell/list?release_id=1081196&ev=rb. The original price was somthing around the region of £9. What a rip-off.

Hype! Netsky is doing a live set in Catapult on Record Shop Day (17th of April) and I, Sam, Ben and others should be going. It’s gonna be a good day, plus, new tee and discounts gives me a chance to spend my birthday money! Poor Jake, he’ll be in Snowdonia. LOL!

I picked it up yesterday in London and have just recorded it to digital format (320Kbps MP3). I’m going to put it in a mix soon.
